67yo. Had my own boatbuilding company from 1987 - 1994. Only built steel yachts, multi & raduised chine. LOA 7.5m - 20m.
Then went back into business in 2005 and start building steel Dix 43cc radius chine sail-a-way and went back into smaller GRP craft fabrication and running a boating retail shop, was an agent for Yamaha & Tohatsu outboards.
Sold company 2012. During 2014 gone temporally back to building a steel 28ft hull & deck traditional gaff for someone to my own design in my backyard - hull and deck only.
Now, finally retired since 2014 and touring my country. Built a total of 28 steel boats ranging between 7.5 to 20.0 meters LOA during my tenure as boatbuilder.
Yacht designer since 1993 (diploma), had kept a low profile and only design occasionally for people I liked but that is all in the past now.
