I am guessing this designer is not familiar with the concept of stability.

A stateroom? Maybe. A swimming pool? No.

Maybe it has a 80 ft lead keel.

I also like how there appears to be no way to have an elevator going up to that cantilevered 135' ft high deck. They will need to find a billionaire who likes climbing stairs. Either that or install an escalator.

The designer, not to confuse his guests, probably has on the left an escalator going up and on the other side an escalator going down. Bert

The designer actually is a yacht designer who works at a reputable design firm. So I assume that were it to be built the engineering to keep the boat stable would be done professionally as well...

It still looks stupid, but I don't think it's unbuildable.

It's wide at the stern so unsurprisingly they've drawn something that is build-able rather than have to backtrack when someone makes a serious inquiry.

It wouldn't be the first ship to be built that capsized soon after.

I'd love to see what happens with that upper deck pool if the vessel was in a seaway.

Deck pools are either drained or covered when underway. That is a solved problem; there are thousands of onboard pools.

It's styling, it's fashion, something new.....
The yacht looks good.


Exaggeration in styling pretty often shows the things to ( be) come in " design".

Look at this established "design":
No sidedeck , no clamps, massive aft platforrm, negative angled ( rebell- sharp looking) targa , slippery foredeck with very low fence but bunny - pad, very high freebord.

An overpowered , sharpened max. volume container.

Humorous: I'd worry about the stability of the buyer.

I'm sure it'll be made out of lots of carbon fiber.

I'd be worried about motion sickness.

Up that high the motions will not be small.

Heaven help folks if they use powerful gyroscopes and end up with motions that are also quick.

That said, all that weight up high might help make things be nice on the (much) lower decks.

I don't think stability is an issue:
Boat heels = [pool water spills out + (people fall + all loose items) fall off)] = stability improves --> boat returns to an upright condition.
What could be a problem is any roll effect will be magnified several times making habitation uncomfortable. On the upside, this mariner's trebuchet should keep everyone in good shape.
