Im refering to Carlos ideal of an ocean going dinghy and coastal cruiser, as not being affordable to most "working class" people in the UK at this present time. Your cost of living in Poland is relatively/comparatively cheaper.

Which is why buying a Julian Everitt "Mirador" on a trailer for "cheap", is in fact a costly purchase if you can not keep it at home. Not to say the idea does not have merit, once you sail away from the UK, costs go down.
 
Every country has its own crazy ideas.
I just had to pay €160 for the Hungarian vignette I had purchased.
Why ? Because you only have two hours to pay.
