Ia a sailboat trimaran hull with out keel could be considered a planing hull like a motor boat ?

Yes, if she reach planing speed.

She can only be considered "planing" if dynamic lifting forces dominate over buoyancy lift, which is not necessarily the case with a combination of slender hulls as in a cat or tri.
