Spira Tiburon 21 Panga Boat Plans

Hello. I am looking to see if anyone has built the Spira tiburon 21’ panga boat. What do you think of that boat design for coastal ocean fishing? Are those plans still available somehow now that Mr Spira has passed away? Is there another plan design similar to this from another company? Thank you in advance for your responses. BillK
