Hydroflier was designed as a low speed - low power, hybrid hydrofoil boat. It's 'hybrid' in that lift is assisted by buoyancy of the submerged torpedo to which the foils are attached. The only info I have is a high level description from the link below... flies at 4knts, top speed 12knts with a 5hp. I'd like to know more about the design and who designed it.
