    Hey Yall,
I fish for stripers in all weather so built a pilot house Ive been out 20 plus times handles well in all ranges of water chop 1-3’ swells does really good in all seasons
What Im trying to do is to do a boat collar for added buoyancy.. I have researched this for a year plus now .. Kapten Collar has a great set up,but it is over 3k I do not have that kind of cash and plus any big money is going into the rebuild of the motor

    BlueBell . . . _ _ _ . . . _ _ _

Can you lighten the boat instead?
Adding buoyancy via a collar will add weight and use up buoyancy...
Or can you wear a PFD for added buoyancy instead...?

Why do you want added buoyancy, for rougher seas or just incase she goes down?

EDIT: I looked up 161b Sea nymph johnson Boat and didn't see anything like your photos. Do you have any of her underway?
