    is there any scantling rule for marine polyurethane glass fiberglass fully enclosed offshore triangular prism boat 2.4x1.4x1 meters wide or same boat with Paper Composite sailboat

    The short answer is: no. What are you trying to accomplish? Boat shapes developed to fulfill a function. If the function is simply to look weird, then you have to give up performance and safety. However, you will succeed at weird.
