Does anyone have a vixen? I found one without a rudder. Walking to splash this in the next month with help. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a simple rudder design, Jim Michalak has a single cheek design that is easy, I made one for my first 8' boat.
Mik Storer has some interesting designs too.
If you are hoping to be more true to the original design, it make be worth looking at other Vixen pictures online and Ray's other small boat rudders and piece something together from the visual clues.
