I have not.

But this seems like a "fix" product not a "fabrication" product.
There are ethanol resistant epoxies on the market, no?
If you're fabricating, then use that, no?

Good question. The only Phenol Novolac epoxy product I've found so far is the Caswell product I provided the link to. I'm checking to see if they'll ship to Canada. Emerald Coatings out of Ontario has it, but they are only selling pint kits. I'd need 10. Caswell has a gallon kit. I could get by with 1.

My current boat is Strip-Planked with frp inside and out. The fuel tanks are integral with the hull and the tank tops are the cabin sole. Its over 12 years old and we can ship over 1000 gallons. We used a fuel resistant coating inside the tanks, and drain, and check every few years.

I guessed as much. Integral fiberglass tanks are fine for diesel.

Apparently this stuff is the only product folks use for aircraft fuel tanks.
