Hello there , these boats are fully rectangular , no rocker , no curve , everything is 90 degrees to each others boats. There are videos of these boats in choppy MED waters at facebook.
I asked jerome delaunay and he suggested me a rocket at front. He says lightweight boats and owner can have vertical front but heavyweight needed a rocker and it increases speed immensely.
I am thinking a closed top , a housing with a hatch and heavy side keel which will rotate the boat if capsized. 10mm thick marine plywood , two 170X220 is more than enough . Boat lenght will be 2 meters 20 cms and width will be 100 cms.

I prefer my boat at above. Curves are the enemy of cheap production. You have to buy a cutter , long ruler , lots of clamps to build a 100 dollar boat.

Come look to above boat , epoxy and screw. Thats all. All the cutting can be done at the seller.

I think an El Toro shaped dingy or maybe a nesting dingy with hulls just under 8' with a few properly placed frames to support removable shelves could work as dual use boat during boating season and stylish bookcase in the off season.
