How to fair curves in 2d autocad to interesect each other

When the problem arise, are you working with Rhino or with AutoCAD?
Note that if exports directly from Rhino to AutoCAD, the curves are still in different planes so they can not be cut each other. You must pass all the curves to the plane Z = 0. I have an application that performs this transformation automatically and that would probably solve your problem.

Im working with rhino but i can translate it to a lines plan where i should be able to fair them to intersect
Sorry if I always repeat the same idea but I think Rhino is not the right tool for fairing using lines.
In my opinion, you should smooth the lines and then create the surfaces that lean on those lines. Probablemengte is what you are trying to do. But if you work in 2D, which I believe is the most simple and practical, all the lines must be in the same plan (as in a traditional body lines plan)

Ill fair the curves as much as possible then when i create surfaces il modify the surface to be fair and smooth, the create a new lines plan.

What does Rhino lack for fairing lines?
Nothing. What i say is : "Rhino is not the right tool for fairing using lines".
I mean there are better tools, more comfortable, to do this job. Rhino is very good but not the best for everything. I am sorry.

What makes other software better than Rhino for fairing lines? I'm asking because I am curious.
Frankly, I do not know. I could not point out a "what" but the best is that, as I have done, try doing it with Rhino and with another application and judge yourself. Forget my opinion and try to get yours based on actual practice.
There is a clear thing is that each one feels more comfortable with a certain application and in it there are always subjective reasons.
