GHS help with macro

I have a macro like .case %1, %2, %3

my parameter %1 set manually, %2 ranges from -90 to 90, and parameter %3 ranges from 0 to 30.

can I run the calculation in one line command over the entire range of parameters?

i.e.
.case 10, -90, 0
.case 10, -80, 0
...
.case 10, -90, 5
.case 10, -80, 5
...
.case 10, 80, 30
.case 10, 90, 30
