Does anyone know if such a product exists? There are lots of fake teak deck products that can produce a reasonably realistic, low maintainance deck but what I would like to find is a plastic product available in "lumber" form that can be uses for making all the other extererior brightwork. What i envisage is a material that can be worked just like a piece if teak with a nice color that once you are done fabricating, say, a caprail, you would sand up through the grits finishing with maybe 600grit and then buff to a high gloss and then maintainance would consist of just waxing. Anything like this exist? I see lots of fake wood trim in cars that looks very realistic such as the gearshift knob in my Passat.
