I had to cut out some delaminated CSM with gel coat on top.
I was just going to put CSM back in the repair, but I started to think.
What if I just used my 1/2 or 1" chopped fibers and mixed it in my resin to make cat hair and just put that in. It would make fairing it out much easier.
The problem is, I am not sure it they are equal in strength or not. I am assuming it really doesn't matter as the core below is the structural piece and the CSM is just there for weather proofing.
