37 ft (approx.) big game sport fishing boat design

Twin Outboards?
I might question your desire for twin outboard power. These engines will interfere with the fishability of the cockpit,...plus require significant fuel supply (extra weight).

There might be away to provide the power and maneuverability with a single 'steerable' outboard type mounted in a central nacelle near the stern.

just an sample idea,

Do You actually want to catch fish The boat needs be fishy to fish, smooth lamanar flow to run as a 37 ft LWL by 13 ft beam displacement hull Soft Chines and nice Diesel Inboard Engines. Not a lot of horsepower is needed a top speed of 20 knots cruising at 15 is more than enough to get to Iceland and back. . A pair of naturally aspirated inline six engines will work fine. As they can run many different types of fuel low Tech Reliable. NO Stinking Computers! 4 ea100 Gallon Fuel Tanks. Hot Swap able dual Fuel Filters. Duel in deck insulated Fish boxes to hold 20,000 pounds of fish or beer with macerate pumps and seawater flush. Cabin for 4 people. Heated, off Engine coolant. Head below, Head on deck. 100 gal potable water. 6 ea Starting and dual-purpose AGM Battery's, Solar Charger. a Mast with Stay Sail and Windlass. Bow Pulpit with anchors, D4 Foot Dive Platform with built in buoyancy, Live Wells, 12"x48" Hydraulic Trim Tabs and quad Electric Trolling Motors. Dual Helm. Inside cabin and on fly bridge.

That worked a century ago. Nowadays the fishing grounds are 40 miles out or more. Sportfishermen are required to go at least 40 knots, but most are faster. Also, they are all hard chine; at least the ones winning tournaments.
