Laid out for 2 people cruising. The interior is based on typical Trawler general arrangement of around 40'. Characteristics for sailing performance increase the length to over 48'.

Round bilge. Achieved by introducing a cone from the chine at the maximum beam to the transom.

Open accommodation plan. Long keel.

Concept. The basic concept is of a simple,rugged,steel-hulled, blue water cruiser of moderate size. It is inspired in part by the Pardeys, and Bernard Moitessier's Tamata. Also by the reading of famous authors.
