How to know if the boat you are designing does not infringe with any patents

    What is protected depends on the claims made in the patent. Coverage can range from a specific geometry, such as a specific sweep angle for a fan blade, to a very general concept.

    I agree. Sometimes it takes lawyers and engineers to try to figure it out.

    Alex, you're safe on the patent end.
    There are other aspects of the build that warrant a higher priority.
