Hopefully you have a source for 16 grit grinding discs, there’s an awful lot of grinding in your future!
Cost out the renovation carefully, as it’s cost could easily exceed the value of the finished product.

 

Hi for everybody in the forum, I'm sure that is a huge job, it is to be complete in no more than 2 years, this hull is 1/4" thick at the sides, I will gonna do thicker (3/4"), extend to 32' (now 24') in lenght and 9.5@10' (now 8') in beam to get something like this

 

Lengthening the boat is doable, especially if the chines are parallel, but widening opens up a whole new challenge.
How will you accomplish this?

 

Of course that lengthening and widening is a whole Challenge, but if You use the board edge and go up outside 15° along the hull sides (stbd & Port tack).
Right now the hull is about 1/4" thick, I gonna add after lengthening and widening a extra quarter inch thick getting 1/2" hull thick after that install stringers and transverse supports and finally 1/4" extra fiberglass layers resulting in a 3/4 thicker hull, of course 3 times the weight. Well this hull is for a Fishing Boat, not a pleasure boat with a 200 HP inboard diesel engine with 18"x 18" propeller with a kicker 175 HP outboard engine.
