SailDesign: Still no name...

A term I've heard from time to time is "philosophy of use." In other words, how do you see this being used, or what would YOU use it for. For this thing, I see it as a Porsche 911, long drives on twisty roads kind of thing. It isn't meant for racing, although it could be fun - it isn't meant for getting groceries, although it will if asked - and it certainly isn't a Formula 1 car. It's for having fun. So, no weekend cruises unless you're using a boom tent and sleeping in the cockpit (the opening to the blister is 36" wide, and 20" tall at centreline). But fun times with a few buddies or family blasting around the bay. Think of what most people use a runabout powerboat for, but this has sails. Yes, lots still to do. But that's half the fun.
