Hinged Bruce foiler, foil to weather in 15 knots average wind with a little wave

I thought the camera was in video mode, but got a badly framed picture instead, showing the foil hooked in nicely to windward in 15 knots of wind and with waves 20 - 30 cm high (8 - 12 inches). That is not a good enough test of the foil's ability to deal with waves, but I have seen nothing yet that makes me worry about that.
